Refund policy

SCIA products are bought by contacting us, not on the website. These rules apply to purchases concluded with SCIA.

Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer at a distance (for example by email or phone), you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, by writing to info@skilifecoach.it.

Voluntary returns within 30 days
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused products, with any tags and, where possible, in their original packaging.

How to return
Write to us first at info@skilifecoach.it and we will give you the return address. Products sent without a request may not be accepted. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Defective or incorrect products
If the product is defective, damaged or different from what was agreed, write to us with some photos: we will find a solution at no cost to you, including return costs.

Personalised products
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalised, in the cases provided for by law.

Refunds
We refund within the legal time limits using the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back.
